Japanese Tea House in Prague

Built in May 2008 on a hillside between the Prague quarter of Hloubětín and a place known as Aloisovo, this tiny tea house sets a very unusual accent on a Czech orchard. The architect sought to create a minimal space, using elements from Japanese tradition while adding his own inspiration.

Although I haven’t had the privilege to experience that space in real, it looks amazing on the photos. Very different from the usual cottages in this region.
